Feb 15, 2022Whether you realize it or not, a lot of people care about you. Don’t believe me? Take one look at your LinkedIn follower list and you’ll get a sense of just how many people want to hear what you have to say. It’s probably more than you think.
Here's how to find your follower list on LinkedIn:

2. From the menu bar at the top of the page, select “My Network.”
How to use this list:
So you looked at your list and you’re feeling the love—but what’s next? Your follower list can be helpful in understanding who sees your LinkedIn posts and what they might be interested in knowing. Ask yourself, “What do my followers have in common?” and “How can I help them?”
Note that following people on LinkedIn is different from being connected with them. Your followers include your 1st-degree connections, but you will notice many additional people who follow you but aren’t connected with you. If it makes sense for your LinkedIn goals, consider reaching out to specific followers outside your network to begin a conversation. Every interaction is an opportunity. You never know when an introduction could turn into a meaningful business relationship.
